Continuous Earth Monitoring System

The Multi Channel Earthing system is designed to discharge all the static charge to ground once it makes the positive connection to all the connected equipments

The System will monitor the resistance between the equipment body and earth for <10 ohms and it will automatically shut down the process if resistance increases beyond 10 ohms or there is discontinuity in the ground connection (Interlocks Provided Optional)

The System has also facility to adjustable Monitoring resistance

The System has an additional feature that it displays Individual Channel Earth Resistance with respect to ground in Ohms on Screen along with Green & Red Earth Status Indication.

The System is available in following Models

1. 05 Channel Continuous Earth Monitoring system (Individual Interlock)
2. 08 Channel Continuous Earth Monitoring system (Individual Interlock)
3. 10 Channel Continuous Earth Monitoring system (Individual Interlock)

The process of filling inflammable liquids for transportation or storage, safety standards and procedures must ensure that the static voltage which occurs during this process, should not lead to an explosion. To handle this static voltage, the vehicle or the container should be properly earthed. This is important so that the static voltage does not build up to a dangerous flash point . The Earthing method should be proper and perfect, otherwise dangerous losses can take place
