Continuous Earth Monitoring System

The Multi Channel Earthing system is designed to discharge all the static charge to ground once it makes the positive connection to all the connected equipments

The System will monitor the resistance between the equipment body and earth for <10 ohms and it will automatically shut down the process if resistance increases beyond 10 ohms or there is discontinuity in the ground connection (Interlocks Provided Optional)

The System has also facility to adjustable Monitoring resistance

The System has an additional feature that it displays Individual Channel Earth Resistance with respect to ground in Ohms on Screen along with Green & Red Earth Status Indication.

2. 08 Channel Continuous Earth Monitoring system (Individual Interlock)
3. 10 Channel Continuous Earth Monitoring system (Individual Interlock)

The process of filling inflammable liquids for transportation or storage, safety standards and procedures must ensure that the static voltage which occurs during this process, should not lead to an explosion. To handle this static voltage, the vehicle or the container should be properly earthed. This is important so that the static voltage does not build up to a dangerous flash point . The Earthing method should be proper and perfect, otherwise dangerous losses can take place

Modes Of Operation

• Road tanker identification – the processes of loading or unloading of a road tanker are only possible if the system:
• It has been attached to a road tanker and not to another structure or metal object,
• It has been connected to the vehicle’s component that allows electrostatic charges to be discharged from the tanker tank.
• Earth electrode verification – checking if the earth electrode (e.g. steel tape) ensures fast and safe dissipation of electric charges to the ground.
• Continuous monitoring of the connection between the road tanker and the ground – if the connection is lost (loose clasp, damaged pipes, etc.), the tanker loading/ unloading process will be blocked.
